Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VIZO MUSIC CORP. ("VIZO", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you access or use the VIZO MUSIC platform, including VIZO MUSIC, VIZO RADIO and VIZO VOICE (collectively, the "Platform"). This page is maintained by VIZO MUSIC CORP.

By using the Platform you also agree to our Terms of Service.

• Account information you provide: email address, password (hashed), phone number when SMS verification is used, display name and profile details.
• Content you upload or record: audio recordings, cover images, lyrics, chat messages, room and broadcast metadata.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, timestamps, device and browser information, IP address and approximate geolocation (city, region, country).
• Payment information processed by Stripe: we do not store full card numbers; Stripe returns tokens and status only.
• Third-party sign-in data when you use Google or similar providers: name, email and profile image as authorized by you.

• Operate accounts, authenticate users and secure the Platform.
• Deliver features such as radio playback, live rooms, recordings, referrals and paid rooms.
• Process payments, calculate speaker payouts and platform fees.
• Send transactional email from notify.vizomusic.com (verifications, receipts, room alerts).
• Analyze aggregate usage to improve reliability, performance and safety.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help us run the Platform, under contractual confidentiality:

• Cloud hosting, database and authentication providers.
• LiveKit for real-time audio in VIZO VOICE.
• Cloudflare R2 or AWS S3 for recording storage.
• Stripe for payments and Stripe Connect payouts.
• Twilio for SMS verification codes.
• Email delivery infrastructure for the notify.vizomusic.com domain.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit functionality.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Recordings and content you delete are removed from user-facing surfaces and purged from backups on a rolling schedule.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete your personal information.
• Export a copy of your recordings and account data.
• Withdraw consent or object to certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encrypted storage, row-level security policies, hashed passwords and least-privilege access controls. No system is completely secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to noreply@vizomusic.com.

The Platform is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
